Kforce has a client seeking a Remote Oracle ERP UAT Lead to manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Oracle ERP implementations and enhancements. This role partners closely with business and technical teams to ensure new functionality is fully tested, validated, and ready for deployment., * Lead full UAT lifecycle including planning, execution oversight, defect management, and go-live readiness
- Develop UAT strategies, test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria aligned to business requirements
- Guide and support business users through UAT execution, including training and issue triage
- Validate Oracle ERP functionality across core modules and integrations
- Manage defect tracking and resolution using tools such as Jira
- Validate integrations, data conversions, and reporting outputs
- Provide objective go/no-go recommendations based on test results and risk assessments
- Produce clear UAT status reporting for project stakeholders
- Ensure UAT activities align with Agile or SDLC project methodologies
Requirements
- Proven experience leading User Acceptance Testing for Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS)
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP modules
- Hands-on experience creating UAT test plans, scripts, and execution strategies
- Experience coordinating cross-functional business and technical teams
- Proficiency with test management and defect-tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within staffing, workforce solutions, or similar service-based industries
- Knowledge of timekeeping, payroll, accounts payable, and related business workflows
- Oracle functional or testing certifications (Oracle Cloud, EBS, ISTQB)
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
