"As functional consultant in the SAP HR team, you're in pole position to contribute to the fast-changing world of HR tech. Together with my senior colleagues, I help digitizing the HR processes of our clients. Whether it's about time-off requests, recruitment cycles, HR data or digital learning, we brainstorm with the client to find the correct solutions that fit their needs. I help to create and document the design, support on system configuration and testing and help with implementation and adaptation of the HR processes. Requirements
First of all, it's important to know that we employ all kinds of people and profiles at delaware. Don't worry if you can't meet all our requirements. If you can meet some of them, then we want to hear from you and learn all about your skills, talents, and motivation., * Are a student who's in their final year or a young professional with one or two years of experience
- Have the right knowledge and skills on HR(IS) and are willing to expand that knowledge on a more practical level
- Have an interest in exploring the way IT can add value to business processes by experimenting with software packages, such as SAP and Microsoft 365
- Have an instinct for consultancy: you have the communication skills to get to the core of what clients want and need, and guide them through the improvement process
- Speak English & Dutch or French fluently
- Have a driver's license, to get wherever you need to be
- Are motivated to learn and eager to take on new challenges
