Job description
Support AXA Group Operations' transformation journey by contributing to transformation projects, portfolio management and organization evolution process.
PRIMARY MISSIONS As an IT Transformation Intern, you will assist the Transformation team in driving change across AXA Group Operations. In this role, you will:

Support transformation projects by contributing to analysis, documentation, and coordination tasks

Help assess business processes and identify areas for improvement

Contribute to stakeholder engagement by preparing materials, presentations, and meeting facilitation
-
Support portfolio management with project & financials follow up, accompany the project validation and report on portfolio health.

Assist in change communication to help teams understand and embrace transformation initiatives
DETAILED ACTIVITIES
Transformation Project Support

Assist in mapping current ("as-is") processes and contributing to target operating model documentation

Help track project milestones, actions, and deliverables

Prepare project reporting and governance materials (dashboards, status updates, meeting minutes)
Agile & Product-Driven Transformation

Support the team in embedding agile mindset and practices across GO teams
-
Contribute to the GO Target Operating Model (TOM) documentation and handbook updates
-
Participate in agile ceremonies and transformation forums

Stakeholder & Communication Support

Help prepare communication materials for transformation initiatives

Assist in onboarding content creation to support adoption of new ways of working

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Change Management, IT Sourcing, other program leads)
Analysis & Research

Conduct benchmarks and research on transformation best practices

Assist in financial or organizational assessments of initiatives

Synthesize findings into clear, actionable presentations
Requirements
-
Currently enrolled in the final year of a Business School (Grande École, Master's level)
-
Specialization in Management, Strategy, Consulting, or IT Management preferred
