Desktop Support Engineer

• Provide deskside and onsite IT support for Windows and Apple laptops and mobile devices.
• Support normal users and VIP users in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• Carry out corporate device builds, rebuilds and deployments.
• Support MFA-related queries and access issues.
• Assist with basic antivirus (AV) support tasks.
• Log, manage and resolve incidents and requests via ServiceNow.
• Deliver deskside support services while working onsite.

• Proven deskside support experience in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Active Security Clearance
• Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS laptops.
• Experience supporting mobile devices (Apple and Android).
• Familiarity with corporate IT builds, MFA and security standards.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including VIP support.
• Ability to work onsite in London for the full contract duration.
