Architect / Technical Lead

We're looking for a seasoned Architect / Technical Lead to drive the technical vision and architecture of a large-scale enterprise application. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership-owning design decisions, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You'll work closely with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions. What You'll Do * Own and drive end-to-end architecture across frontend, backend, integrations, and data layers * Define technical standards, design principles, and best practices for development teams * Lead design discussions around APIs, workflows, domain models, and security frameworks * Provide hands-on guidance to engineering teams and unblock technical challenges * Partner with business and client stakeholders to align architecture with goals and priorities * Identify risks early, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution * Support estimation, planning, and delivery across project phases * Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready

10+ years of experience in software engineering with strong architecture or technical leadership exposure * Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications * Deep understanding of distributed systems, API design, and integration patterns * Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
