TELECOMMUTE Architect / Technical Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Architect / Technical Lead who can drive the technical vision and execution of a complex enterprise platform. This role is centered on delivering scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions, with a strong emphasis on frontend architecture while maintaining solid backend and integration capabilities.

You will act as the bridge between business goals and engineering execution-translating requirements into robust technical solutions and guiding teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Own

• Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture of the platform, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Drive frontend strategy and experience, building responsive, high-performance UI solutions
• Establish engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices across teams
• Lead technical decision-making for APIs, integrations, and system workflows
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and production-ready from day one
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and resolve them early
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery predictability

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong exposure to architecture or technical leadership
• Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-grade applications
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and integration patterns
• Ability to influence decisions across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in complex, multi-team environments

Technical Expertise

Frontend (Primary Focus):

• Angular (or similar modern frameworks)
• TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS
• Experience with scalable frontend architecture and state management

Backend (Supporting Strength):

• .NET / C# (preferred)
• RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
