Full Stack Architect

· Lead overall solution architecture and technical strategy · Design and validate front-end, backend, integration, security, and data layers · Guide engineering teams on implementation, standards, and best practices · Oversee API design, workflows, domain modeling, and authorization · Identify risks and manage dependencies early · Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements, architecture, and ownership · Support planning, estimation, and delivery execution · Ensure the system is scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready

· 8+ years in software engineering or architecture leadership · Experience leading enterprise application development · Strong knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, and integration patterns · Ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments · Strong communication across technical and business audiences

Preferred Skills · Frontend: Angular or similar frameworks · Backend: .NET / C#, EF Core · Identity: Azure AD, SSO, RBAC · Experience with data-heavy, workflow-driven, or regulated systems · Consulting/client-facing delivery experience Key Strengths Needed · Strong technical judgment and leadership · Ability to handle ambiguity and structure complex problems · Stakeholder management and cross-team alignment · Balancing strategy with hands-on execution
