Dynamics 365 Consultant

• Configure, customize, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including creation of managed and unmanaged solutions.
• Develop and manage Dynamics workflows, business processes, and Cloud Flows (Power Automate) to streamline operations.
• Design and implement automation solutions to replace manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Integrate and support electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign within enterprise workflows.
• Perform data modeling, design, and implementation using Dynamics 365 Dataverse, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide consultative services to clients, including public sector organizations, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in development, deployment, and documentation.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (SRSE) with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dynamics configuration, automation, and Dataverse customization, along with a proven track record of delivering consultative services in government environments., * Minimum 3 years of experience (within the last 7 years) in Dynamics 365 configuration, including:

• Dynamics processes
• Cloud Flows (Power Automate)
• Creation of managed/unmanaged solutions

• Minimum 1 year of experience (within the last 3 years) in:

• Automating manual processes
• Developing reports using Power BI
• Working with electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign

• Minimum 1 year of experience (within the last 3 years) in:

• Data design and implementation
• Dynamics 365 Dataverse customization

• Minimum 2 consecutive years (within the last 10 years) providing Senior Software Engineer consultative services to a State of California Department
• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

• Equivalent experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis (must be documented), * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience working in government or public sector environments
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
