Job description

Our client is looking for a Dynamics 365 Systems Architect to serve as both a Dynamics Architect and a developer. This employee provides application development/integration services to the client. They will be responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the agency applications. Project assignments and activity will be executed within the framework. These assignments will provide for the development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications within a client/server and web server environment. This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platform.

As the System architect, they will both perform and lead the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.

Requirements

NOTE: Local candidates (strongly preferred) or non-local (must be willing to relocate at their own expense from acceptance with no delays & follow the hybrid schedule). Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week (Mondays and Tuesdays onsite). We can accept H1b, H4, TN and other valid work visas for IT. However we cannot accept OPT or CPT visas at this time., * Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.

  • Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure., * 5+ years - Infrastructure/Network and Application Support
  • 5+ years - Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support
  • 5+ years - Technical Customer Service Analyst
  • 5+ years - Architect Experience
  • 3+ years - Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages
  • 5+ years - Experience with Azure DevOps
  • 3+ years - Database Architecture Experience
  • Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
  • CICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
  • Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.
  • Azure Communications
  • Experience with API's
  • Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers.
