Secret Sr. IT Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared IT Specialist to support a federal client of ours onsite in Crane, IN. This role is on a 4-year program providing IT support to the local bases across the United States. The day to day includes:

• Tier 1, 2, and 3 troubleshooting
• Diagnosing computer and laptop issues
• Printer and related hardware resets
• User account support
• Customer service
• Working through trouble tickets

Active Secret Clearance or higher

• Ability to work onsite in Crane, IN
• 3+ years of IT experience
• Security+ Certification
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting
