Identity Management Consultant

Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and Graph API.

Create dashboards and enterprise reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

Monitor IAM systems and generate regular performance, usage, and security reports.

Implement alerting mechanisms across IAM platforms to detect anomalies and ensure system health.

Document IAM monitoring and reporting requirements for audit readiness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IAM processes and reporting capabilities.

Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements through structured documentation and reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years in IAM, 5+ years in programming and scripting, 3+ years in reporting tools

Strong scripting and automation skills.

Familiarity with compliance and audit frameworks.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC) are a plus.
