Configuration Engineer

• Configure and administer Appspace for desk and room booking, including floor plans, booking policies, permissions, and office go lives
• Support and maintain OfficeSpace during legacy offboarding, including cutover support and scenario staging
• Manage Microsoft Exchange Online room mailboxes using PowerShell, including booking policies, auto accept rules, and Outlook Room Finder validation
• Provide L2 ServiceNow support, troubleshooting platform and integration issues independently
• Support VergeSense occupancy sensors post go live, including issue resolution and testing framework development
• Perform QA and integration validation for Vecos smart lockers during installations
• Own platform configuration end to end, working directly with global office stakeholders

• 5-10 years of hands on experience administering, configuring, deploying, and migrating workspace/facility SaaS platforms (Appspace, OfficeSpace, Condeco, iOffice, FM:Systems, etc.)
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, including room mailbox management via PowerShell
• Proven L2 ServiceNow support experience resolving technical issues directly
• Strong English communication and experience working as an engineer in an Agile, sprint based environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Appspace and OfficeSpace
• Exposure to floor plan files (SVG, CAD) or spatial data in system configurations
• Experience with Power Platform - Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps
• Microsoft Teams Room/room panel administration

This position is a 12-month contract with potential extensions. Individuals must be located in India, local to Delhi to go into the local office on a weekly basis.

Pay Rate: $13/hr-$20/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including geographic location, skills, experience, and education., Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
