Job description
We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives for Adobe Inc. (C&P / ATS teams). The role involves partnering with business and technical stakeholders to define strategy, prioritize work, manage execution, and ensure successful program delivery. You will drive planning, governance, risk management, and communication while ensuring measurable business impact post-release.
Requirements
Strong Program/Project Management expertise Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid models Tools: Jira, Workfront (or similar) Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in risk management & program governance Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Required Experience 7-10+ years in Program/Project Management (Tech/Software domain) Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs Background in customer experience platforms (web, chat, voice) preferred Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Certifications (nice to have): PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, PgMP
