Senior Technical Lead, Cloud & DevSecOps

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's preferred. Minimum 10 years federal IT delivery experience with at least 5 years in cloud architecture and/or DevSecOps engineering roles. Active AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Professional OR Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert. (One required; both preferred.) Active CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent senior security architecture certification. Demonstrated production CI/CD pipeline delivery in a FedRAMP-authorized environment, verifiable on resume with contract name. Demonstrated Kubernetes / containerization experience at federal enterprise scale. Public Trust Moderate clearance, current OR clearance-eligible per Clearance Strategy callout. Strongly Preferred Qualifications Active CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or Terraform Associate certification. Direct experience on Client Enterprise DevSecOps Services contract ,STRONG narrative consistency benefit. Experience with ServiceNow integration in CI/CD workflows (matches OPM's expected stack and HRSA EUITS reference). Experience authoring or maintaining FedRAMP SSPs and supporting ATO.
