Job description
As a Technology Delivery Lead specializing in the Health & Public Service (H&PS) Industry Group, you play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of technology and transformation projects within public sector organizations and healthcare entities. Your industry knowledge and specific expertise is instrumental, and you are familiar with (European) Public Tenders. You have a demonstrable ability to lead cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and driving the adoption of technology solutions. As a senior member of the Industry Group, you contribute to the sales, delivery, finance & team growth ambitions of the Industry Groups
- Delivery and project management: an important part of your remit is to lead and manage end-to-end delivery projects that have a focus on added business value, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, constraints, and quality standards. You are responsible for providing proficient day-to-day project management while adapting to the expectations of both Accenture and its client
- Technology: within the H&PS domain, you collaborate with all of Accenture's Service Groups in IT transformations and deliveries. This involves technologies such as Data & (Gen) AI, Security and Cloud. You have a leading role in the implementation of solutions from the design phase to support, often in collaboration with the Strategy & Consulting colleagues.
- Data: you understand the importance of data for decision making in the context of H&PS sector clients. You match the most fitting solution to a client's needs, resulting in our clients becoming more apt at data driven decision making. You enable clients to identify measurable business value by implementing the required capabilities and driving the embedding of data & analytics into their standardized processes and day-to-day operations.
- People: lead, mentor and empower highly motivated and engaged consultants from the H&PS industry group, that all have a passion for making a positive impact on society. Our industry group consists of about 80 colleagues, from both Accenture Technology and Strategy & Consulting. We frequently organize industry focused sessions to share experiences, insights, in-depth expertise, and practical examples

Requirements
Here's what you'll need
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in technology project management, preferably within the Health and Public Sector
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and challenges specific to the Health and Public Sector
- Consulting skills: solid financial and business acumen, structured and abstract thinking, analytical and creative problem solving, project management and communication
- Proven affinity with Digital/IT and technology
- Fluency in Dutch
