Job description

IT Support Consultant, IT Support, IT Support Engineer, End User Computing Engineer, EUC Engineer, EUC, IT, Information Technology Support Consultant, Information Technology Consultant, Information Technology, IT Support, Networking, MS365, Microsoft, AD, Active Directory, Azure, IT, Evolve ERP are currently supporting a global organisation in their search for an IT Support Consultant to join their IT Operations team on a contract basis., * Provide end-user support for hardware and software

  • Perform desktop/laptop imaging and software deployment
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (break/fix support)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (device provisioning and access management)
  • Manage IT asset life cycle, including end-user devices and print services
  • Assist with mobile device management (iOS and Android)
  • Manage and prioritise support tickets in line with SLAs
  • Identify opportunities to improve End User Computing processes and service delivery

Requirements

This role will suit a hands-on IT professional with strong desktop support experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable providing both Software and Hardware support., * Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments, Microsoft 365 & Azure

  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and desktop troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with mobile device management tools
  • Networking understanding
  • Experience with device setup, configuration, and encryption
  • Exposure to SCCM, Intune, Autopilot
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
