Job description
- Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, from initial concepts to final implementation, ensuring user-centric solutions.
- Develop comprehensive design artifacts such as wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed specifications to guide development teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, content strategists, and developers, to translate insights into engaging experiences.
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of an internal design system, promoting consistency across products.
- Conduct competitive analyses and stay informed on industry trends to identify opportunities for enhancing user experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in design or related field.
- Over five years of experience in user experience, interaction, UI, or digital product design.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex system designs across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in visual design principles and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
