Job description
- Supporting legacy redesigns and net new product launches
- Ensuring clarity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Acting as on-call support for high priority content needs
- Develop clear, engaging help articles, FAQs, tooltips, and educational materials for payments products to support user onboarding and activation.
- Ensure content consistency by contributing to style guides, content patterns, and design standards.
- Create reusable content components and identify opportunities for standardization across platforms.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or related fields with a strong portfolio.
- Proven ability to craft help and instructional content for digital products.
- Experience working within established design systems and content standards.
- Skilled in collaborating with product and technology teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Lucid, Confluence, or Miro. A background in payments, financial services, or banking is preferred; familiarity with AI tools and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) is a plus.
