Job description

Performs Level 4 software engineering activities supporting the migration of a software development network to an AWS GovCloud-based environment. Builds and maintains CI/CD pipelines and development environments while collaborating daily with engineering teams to support secure, cloud-based software delivery., * Supports migration of software development infrastructure to AWS GovCloud environments

Develops and maintains CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and related tooling
Configures and maintains development environments for cloud-based software delivery
Collaborates daily with engineering teams in an Agile environment
Troubleshoots pipeline and build issues across Linux-based systems
Implements and supports object-oriented software development in C++ and Python

Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to obtain a Security Clearance, * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics, or other Engineering/Science-related discipline
3+ years of AWS GovCloud experience
Level 4: BS+16 YRS or MS+14 YRS
3+ years of GitLab experience in a pipeline environment
Minimum 5 years of experience in C++ and Python
Linux-based software development experience
Artifactory expert
Jira expert
Nexus expert
Experience in object-oriented software development
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Preferred Skills
CMake experience
Experience with Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)
Experience with Jira workflows and Agile development processes
GitLab pipeline troubleshooting experience
Ada programming and testing experience
Green Hills compiler for Ada
