Job description
- The Commercial Data Change Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- The role involves identifying operational challenges, driving process improvements, and aligning initiatives with organizational strategies.
- The position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stream projects., * Identify operational pain points and implement solutions to improve customer experience.
- Act as an escalation point for complex operational issues and drive root cause resolution.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate multiple workstreams.
- Develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress to completion.
- Align initiatives with organizational priorities and strategic goals.
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Organize and manage structured meetings with clear objectives and outcomes.
- Track action items, follow-ups, and ensure accountability.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure performance and impact.
- Communicate progress and outcomes to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or cross-functional leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of customer experience and operational excellence frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience:
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Experience in process optimization and operational improvement.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, and operations., * MBA preferred.
- Experience working with data governance and data management teams.
