Job description

  • The Commercial Data Change Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
  • The role involves identifying operational challenges, driving process improvements, and aligning initiatives with organizational strategies.
  • The position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stream projects., * Identify operational pain points and implement solutions to improve customer experience.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex operational issues and drive root cause resolution.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate multiple workstreams.
  • Develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress to completion.
  • Align initiatives with organizational priorities and strategic goals.
  • Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Organize and manage structured meetings with clear objectives and outcomes.
  • Track action items, follow-ups, and ensure accountability.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure performance and impact.
  • Communicate progress and outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or cross-functional leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and operational excellence frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience:

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Experience in process optimization and operational improvement.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, and operations., * MBA preferred.
  • Experience working with data governance and data management teams.

Qualification And Education:
