SAP ABAP Consultant

The SAP ABAP Consultant is responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting applications within the SAP environment using ABAP programming. This role works closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability., * Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW objects)

• Work with SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP HCM
• Develop and enhance objects using ABAP techniques like ALV reports, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and enhancements
• Build and manage interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, APIs) with internal and external systems
• Optimize code performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Support data migration and integration activities
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand and refine requirements
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and support during UAT and production deployment
• Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development standards

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldt
• Strong knowledge of ABAP programming concepts and SAP architecture
• Experience with RICEFW objects and debugging techniques
• Familiarity with SAP data dictionary, tables, and performance tuning, * Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA (CDS views, AMDP)
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development
• Exposure to workflows, forms (SmartForms/Adobe Forms), and OData services
• Understanding of integration technologies and middleware
• SAP certification in ABAP or related module, * ABAP programming and debugging
• SAP module integration
