SAP GTS Consultant

The SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting global trade compliance and customs processes within the SAP GTS environment. This role ensures adherence to international trade regulations, automates compliance checks, and integrates GTS with core SAP systems., * Implement and configure SAP GTS modules including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management

• Design and support processes such as embargo checks, sanctioned party list (SPL) screening, export/import control, and customs declarations
• Integrate SAP GTS with core systems like SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
• Configure legal regulations, tariff codes, and trade compliance rules
• Support master data setup (business partners, materials, classification)
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional solutions
• Perform testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support go-live activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues
• Ensure compliance with global trade laws and regulatory requirements
• Maintain documentation and provide user training

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Strong understanding of global trade processes (export/import, customs, compliance)
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP GTS
• Experience integrating GTS with SAP ERP systems, * Experience with SAP Fiori apps for GTS
• Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and integration tools
• Familiarity with regional trade regulations (e.g., EU, US, APAC compliance)
• SAP certification in GTS or related logistics modules
• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging, * Trade compliance and customs processes
• SAP GTS configuration and integration
• Business analysis and requirement gathering
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting
