NeevSys is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to support a Guidehouse opportunity. The selected candidate will work closely with platform architects, technical leads, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and maintainable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions., * Requirements gathering and analysis Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to capture current-state processes, pain points, future-state needs, business rules, reporting requirements, and system interaction needs.
- Business process analysis Document as-is and to-be business processes, identify process gaps, define improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into functional requirements for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation.
- Dynamics 365 functional support Support the design and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM modules, including Sales and Call Center capabilities, workflows, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and data-driven user experiences.
- Power Platform solution support Work with architects and developers to support Power Apps-based solutions that extend Dynamics 365 functionality and enable new business capabilities.
- Functional design documentation Develop functional requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, interface requirements, data mapping inputs, traceability matrices, and configuration specifications.
- Stakeholder advisory Understand customer requirements and advise the project team on practical, secure, and scalable solution options that meet business, operational, and technical objectives.
- Integration and interface support Assist with defining functional designs for conversions, data interfaces, and integrations, including CRM API usage, integration requirements, and downstream system connectivity.
- Agile delivery support Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, demos, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and release readiness activities.
- Testing and validation Support functional testing, UAT planning, test scenario development, defect clarification, and requirements-to-test traceability to validate that delivered functionality meets stakeholder expectations.
- Executive-level communication Prepare and deliver presentations, status updates, business cases, and solution summaries for stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, including senior management.
- Proposal and client development support Participate as a technical and functional SME in solution development, proposal support, demonstrations, and presentations to prospective or existing clients when required., * Experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform implementations involving Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, business process models, workflow diagrams, data mapping documentation, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Experience supporting demos, executive briefings, solution walkthroughs, and client-facing workshops.

Requirements
The Business Analyst will support requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional design, CRM module configuration, interface definition, stakeholder communication, and solution validation across the Dynamics CRM ecosystem. This role requires a strong combination of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience, business analysis discipline, client-facing consulting skills, and the ability to support complex solution design discussions with both business and technical teams.
This position is well suited for a senior Business Analyst who understands how Dynamics 365, Power Apps, CRM modules, workflows, integrations, and API-enabled solutions support enterprise business transformation., * Minimum of 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 experience.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Bachelor s degree or U.S. equivalent degree required.
- Experience gathering business requirements and documenting current-state and future-state business processes.
- Experience performing business process analysis and translating business needs into functional system requirements.
- Experience configuring Microsoft CRM / Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales and Call Center-related capabilities.
- Experience supporting functional design for conversions, interfaces, and system integrations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM APIs and experience collaborating with technical teams on integration development.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Power Apps.
- Ability to create business cases supported by clear value propositions, operational benefits, and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, executives, and C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment as required by the client or project., * Experience supporting public sector or federal clients.
- Experience working in a consulting environment, including a major systems integrator, Microsoft partner, or equivalent professional services organization.
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile, hybrid-Agile, or iterative delivery methodologies., The ideal candidate is a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst who can operate as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. The candidate should be comfortable facilitating requirements workshops, documenting business processes, analyzing complex CRM needs, supporting Dynamics 365 configuration decisions, and ensuring the delivered solution meets functional, operational, security, and user adoption objectives.
The candidate should also be comfortable working in a consulting environment where clear communication, structured documentation, stakeholder management, and responsiveness to client needs are critical to success.
