Business Analyst - ERP (Projects & Enhancements)

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst - ERP to support the delivery of ERP projects and enhancements. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, IT leadership, and delivery teams to define requirements, analyze impacts, and support execution from intake through go-live.

This position focuses on both enhancements (small-to-medium changes) and project-based work (larger, complex initiatives), ensuring solutions are clearly defined, operationally sound, and aligned with business processes, integrations, data, and user experience requirements., Business Analysis & Requirements Definition

• Serve as the primary Business Analyst for ERP enhancements and project initiatives
• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs into deliverables such as process flows, user stories, use cases, business rules, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze current-state and future-state workflows to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure requirements account for end-to-end processes, integrations, controls, reporting, and operational needs

Testing, Validation & Readiness

• Develop and coordinate test scenarios, scripts, and expected outcomes
• Support SIT and UAT planning and execution, including defect management and validation
• Ensure testing covers workflows, integrations, reporting, and security requirements
• Assist with training inputs, go-live readiness, and hypercare support

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or ERP delivery
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact analysis
• Experience coordinating testing (SIT/UAT) and supporting delivery execution
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP platforms such as Infor (CloudSuite preferred), SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience supporting ERP functional areas (HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, etc.)
• Healthcare or large enterprise environment experience
• Familiarity with integrations, reporting/analytics, and role-based security
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Experience supporting UAT, process redesign, cutover, and operational readiness activities
