ERP Business Analyst

SYSTEMTEC is seeking an ERP Business Analyst for a 1 year contract with possible extensions for a remote opportunity with occasional on-site. The ideal candidate will support ERP-related initiatives by gathering and translating business requirements into actionable solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements and projects from concept through implementation. The candidate will also play a key role in ensuring solutions are aligned with business processes, thoroughly tested, and operationally effective., * Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for ERP enhancements and projects

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria for initiatives
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and working sessions to drive alignment and decision-making
• Support solution design by validating alignment with business needs and operational processes
• Coordinate testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution
• Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement efforts across processes and systems

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or ERP-related roles
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP enhancements, implementations, or transformation initiatives
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact analysis
• Experience coordinating testing efforts, including system and user acceptance testing
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills/Experience of the ERP Business Analyst:

• Experience with ERP platforms such as Infor, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Familiarity with functional areas such as HR, payroll, finance, or supply chain
• Experience in large, complex, or regulated environments
• Knowledge of integrations, reporting/analytics, and role-based security models
• Exposure to IT service management or change management tools (e.g., ticketing systems)
• Experience supporting process redesign, UAT, and implementation readiness activities
