Job description
- Collaborate with business users, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot item-related issues across ERP systems and integrated platforms (e.g., PDH, PLM).
- Support data migration, cleansing, and enrichment activities during ERP upgrades or implementations.
- Participate in UAT, system testing, and production deployments related to item data changes.
- Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between authoring systems and transactional systems.
Requirements
- No of yrs experience : 4+yrs
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role, with hands-on ERP experience.
- Strong understanding of ERP Item Master concepts, including attributes and categories.
- Experience with Oracle R12, SAP, or other ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with Product Data Hub (PDH), PLM, or MDM systems is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle SQL and PLSQL
- Strong expertise on the Excel and other Microsoft tools
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
