IT Support & System

Golden Arcus Int'l Co. is a fast-growing company in the logistics and operations industry. We are looking for a reliable and hands-on IT Support Specialist to support our daily IT operations and help improve internal systems., * Provide day-to-day IT support (computers, printers, software, etc.)

• Set up and maintain office network, Wi-Fi, and IT equipment
• Troubleshoot system, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Support internal systems, upgrades, and maintenance
• Assist with automation and continuous system improvements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of relevant IT support experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Basic knowledge of networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Bilingual (English + Chinese/Spanish) is a plus
