Job description
- Develop and maintain site-level data management plans, ensure compliance with IRB, HIPAA, and institutional data policies, and serve as the primary point of contact for data coordination and reporting .
- Oversee data curation, metadata, and provenance across data types; maintain data dictionaries and documentation; ensure datasets are structured and reusable.
- Align and harmonize data across modalities, scales, and timepoints; resolve site-specific data inconsistencies; support creation of integrated, subject-level datasets.
- Implement and monitor QC procedures; track data completeness, integrity, and versioning; support reproducible workflows .
- Coordinate with investigators, clinicians, and informatics teams and contribute to progress reporting and internal reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
Preferred Hiring Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing complex research datasets.
- Familiarity with research data governance and compliance requirements.
- Experience with multimodal or high-dimensional data.
- Experience working with clinical or neurobiological datasets.
