SAP MES Consultant

• MES/Digital Manufacturing Experience: 2-5 years, multi-plant environment.
• Manufacturing Knowledge: Production execution, OEE, labor tracking, scrap, downtime, traceability.
• Technical Knowledge: PLCs, SCADA, industrial networks, shop-floor connectivity & MES-SAP PP/PM integration (preferred).
• Soft Skills:Direct shop-floor experience, strong communication, problem-solving mindset & ability to challenge plant teams and drive change., * MES Consultant, Manufacturing IT Engineer, Plant Systems Engineer, or Digital Manufacturing Specialist.
• Strong shop-floor credibility.
• Experienced in system configuration and rollouts.
• Comfortable in complex manufacturing environments.
• Focused on execution quality, stabilization, and sustained user adoption.
