Job description
Act as the technical and functional lead for the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
Design and oversee HCM integration and migration strategies, especially for M&A onboarding.
Define and govern integration transition strategies, ensuring uninterrupted HR data flow to downstream systems.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and M&A teams to deliver end-to-end migration plans.
Provide architecture oversight including data mapping, process alignment, and integration design.
Analyze and document application-level data dependencies across enterprise systems.
Lead integration design for payroll, benefits, learning platforms, and third-party HR services.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and continuity across all HCM modules during transitions.
Align HCM data with enterprise platforms like Snowflake, Informatica, ERP systems, and Microsoft 365.
Define current, transitional, and target-state architectures for HCM integrations.
Provide oversight during testing cycles, ensuring seamless end-to-end data flows.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regional regulatory standards.
Drive platform enhancements, POCs, and roadmap planning aligned with business goals.
Stay up to date with Oracle innovations and best practices.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in HRIS / enterprise data architecture, with strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud.
Deep expertise across Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, etc.).
Proven experience in M&A HR system migrations and integration projects.
Strong understanding of HCM data domains (worker, assignment, organization, benefits, learning).
Hands-on experience with:
Oracle HCM APIs (SOAP & REST)
HCM Data Loader (HDL), file formats, and error handling
Integration frameworks and enterprise data platforms
Experience in integration impact analysis across complex ecosystems.
Proficiency in SQL / PL/SQL (SnowSQL exposure is a plus).
Familiarity with Informatica IDMC, Snowflake, and enterprise integration tools.
Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills-able to translate technical architecture into business value.
Proven ability to deliver complex, time-sensitive projects.
