Data Cleansing Specialist/Data Analyst

• Audit, clean, and standardize customer records within the CRM database.

• Identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and incomplete entries, and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain data integrity by following established data governance standards. Customer Outreach & Data Qualification

• Contact customers via phone or email to verify and update key information.

• Conduct structured qualification calls to confirm accuracy of customer profiles, contact details, and business information.

• Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system. SAP Transition Support

• Participate in project-based SAP migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and testing.

• Collaborate with IT, project managers, and business teams to ensure smooth data transfer from CRM to SAP.

• Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending improvements for the new system. What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field - Strong experience in data cleaning, transformation, and visualization Proficient in SQL and experience with data manipulation tools such as Python, R, or similar - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Experience working with large datasets - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus - Excellent in MS EXCEL
