One of their various applications, creating fake images, not only creates societal discussions and political issues, but also leads to an interesting question: How is it actually made and how easy can you do it by yourself?
You will be guided through the basic math required for this field of computer science (without previous knowledge above high school level required), learn about how Generative Adversarial Networks are designed in concept and see how different GANs are implemented.
Based on different papers, the presented applications range from generating fake celebrities to creating stunning vistas from your hand-drawn sketches.
