Job description

Führung & Coaching: Das Product-Management-Team führen, durch regelmäßige 1:1s individuell fördern und optimale Rahmenbedingungen für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit schaffen.
Strategie & Roadmap: Produktstrategie und übergreifende Roadmap für Web, Mobile und Platform verantworten, Prioritäten setzen und dabei Geschäftsziele sowie Teamkapazitäten in Einklang bringen.
Produktverantwortung Web (operativ): Mitarbeit und vollständige Ownership für Webshop, Customer Portal und Backoffice inkl. Roadmap und Backlog.
Discovery & Anforderungen: Nutzerforschung und Kundengespräche in User Stories und priorisiertes Backlog übersetzen.
Datengetriebene Entscheidungen: User Behavior, KPIs und Nutzerfeedback analysieren, Hypothesen ableiten und validieren.
Prozesse & UX: Komplexe: Kundenprozesse in durchdachte Workflows und herausragende User Experience übersetzen.
Strategie & Stakeholder: Gemeinsam mit dem CTPO die Produktstrategie gestalten und als Brücke zwischen Stakeholdern, Engineering und QA agieren.
Qualität verantworten: Produktübergreifende Qualitätsstandards definieren und durchsetzen, Hands-on Feature Testing, QA-Begleitung und Unterstützung des Customer Supports.
Delivery treiben: Umsetzung über alle Produktbereiche hinweg steuern, Abhängigkeiten zwischen Web, Mobile und Platform früh erkennen, Blocker auflösen und Releases verlässlich über die Linie bringen.
AI & Agentic Development: AI-gestütztes Prototyping und UI-Generierung im Alltag nutzen und agentische Arbeitsweisen im gesamten Product-Team etablieren – von Discovery über Spec-Erstellung bis Testing.

Requirements

Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Manager, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Web-Anwendungen
Fundierte Führungserfahrung im Product Management, bestenfalls im Start-up-Umfeld mit schnellen Iterationen, wechselnden Anforderungen und echtem Gestaltungsspielraum
Nachweislich datengetriebene Arbeitsweise mit KPIs, Analytics, User Behavior und Nutzerfeedback
Nachweisliche Erfahrung darin, Roadmaps zu bauen und Delivery aktiv zu treiben – von der Priorisierung bis zum Release
Erfahrung mit UX-/UI-Design (Figma) und Prototyping
Know-how in E-Commerce/Webshop inkl. CRO und A/B-Testing
Exzellentes Stakeholder-Management
Offenheit für AI und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Hotjar, Miro, Mixpanel und Jira
Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Subscription-Modellen und Billing-Systemen wie Stripe oder Adyen
Praktische Erfahrung mit AI und Agentic Development im Produktalltag (Prototyping, UI-Generierung, agentische Workflows) – oder große Lust, das bei uns aufzubauen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, jeweils mindestens auf C1-Niveau

Why Patronus Exists Patronus was founded after our Founder Ben saw a fundamental problem with traditional emergency systems: they existed, but they weren’t used.
