Job description

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar, including content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and channel strategy. · Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content tailored to platform-specific audiences and objectives. · Manage day-to-day community engagement by monitoring comments, messages, and conversations while fostering positive brand interactions. · Integrate key business initiatives, product launches, seasonal campaigns, national trends, and holidays into social media content plans. · Identify, source, and build relationships with content creators and brand advocates to support campaign objectives. · Monitor social media performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimize content effectiveness and audience growth. · Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure a competitive and innovative social presence. · Support on-site content capture at events, activations, store openings, etc. and community partnerships as needed.

Requirements

· 3 years of communications or events management experience · Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and related creative tools.
