Datacenter Engineer

Datacenter Engineer responsible for hands and Feet support in the data center, provide support to remote team to troubleshoot hardware issues. Should have knowledge of Network and compute devices installed in the datacente, Will be responsible for devices installed in data center, should assist remote teams as and when required to troubleshoot hardware issues. Assist vendor for hardware replacement. Keep the inventory records up to date

should know the physical devices like Router, Switches, Servers and Storage. Have hands on knowledge on network cabling. Should have some hardware knowledge.

Other Requirements

Should have worked in data center, knowledge of network, server, storage devices installed in the data center. Can provided support to technical teams as and when required.
