IT/Systems Integration Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT/Systems Integration Project Manager to lead and coordinate a range of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and the ability to manage a project team. This role requires close collaboration with project leads and the leadership team.

Duties:

• Coordinate various airport terminal IT systems, integrating building BAS, lighting, baggage handling, security, passenger processing and other IT related systems.

• Coordinate and management of construction projects

• Work with team members to develop and maintain key metrics

• Management of projects within budget and schedule

• Lead diverse team members (Engineers, designers, support staff, etc)

• Anticipate issues and provide pathway to resolution

• Coordinate with project stakeholder for timely deliverables

• Lead in planning, design and construction phases

• Develop budget, schedule and project goals

• Prepare summarized reports for executive management.

Do you have experience in Managing teams in a construction management role?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, 15 or more years, airport experience preferred

• Experienced in project value greater than $100m

• Experience in managing staff

• Highly organized

• Experience in various contract procurement methods, hard bid, Design-Build, CMAR

• Self-motivated person for timely deliverables

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Bachelors in construction or related field.
