We are looking for an experienced IT/Systems Integration Project Manager to lead and coordinate a range of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and the ability to manage a project team. This role requires close collaboration with project leads and the leadership team.

Duties:
-
Coordinate various airport terminal IT systems, integrating building BAS, lighting, baggage handling, security, passenger processing and other IT related systems.

Coordinate and management of construction projects

Work with team members to develop and maintain key metrics
-
Management of projects within budget and schedule
-
Lead diverse team members (Engineers, designers, support staff, etc)
-
Anticipate issues and provide pathway to resolution

Coordinate with project stakeholder for timely deliverables
-
Lead in planning, design and construction phases
-
Develop budget, schedule and project goals
-
Prepare summarized reports for executive management.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Managing teams in a construction management role?, Do you have a Bachelorâs degree?, 15 or more years, airport experience preferred

Experienced in project value greater than $100m
-
Experience in managing staff
-
Highly organized
-
Experience in various contract procurement methods, hard bid, Design-Build, CMAR
-
Self-motivated person for timely deliverables
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Bachelors in construction or related field.
