IT Technical Support

We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Support staff to provide services to LAX construction management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting software and hardware issues as it arises. This person will be responsible for setting up computer work stations and audio/video setup., Answering calls and emails to Help Desk

• Diagnose software and hardware issues.

• Monitor incidents and follow up any open tickets

• Work with users for timely resolution

Do you have experience in VPN?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, 5 or more years, IT technical support or related field experience

• Computer Hardware & Software troubleshooting

• Network infrastructure troubleshooting

• VPN troubleshooting

• Proficient with MS Office

• Must be able to lift at least 40lbs

• Self-motivated to resolve issues

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Pay: $80,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
