Job description
- Dual-Team Support: Act as the bridge between the Helpdesk and Information Security teams.
- Incident Management: Respond to technical support tickets while documenting and managing security vulnerabilities.
- Network Monitoring: Read security logs, run testing tools, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Helpdesk Support: Minimum 2+ years of technical troubleshooting and ticketing system experience.
- Information Security: Minimum 2+ years of security-related support or network monitoring.
- Mandatory Tools: Hands-on experience with Splunk and Tenable.
- Systems: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Server & Workstation OS and O365 products.
- Education: Associate’s degree OR active, current IT/Cybersecurity certifications.
- Availability: Ability to respond promptly to urgent/emergency technical issues outside of standard hours if needed.
