Job description

  • :Provide Level 2/3 production suppor
  • tMonitor production systems and ensure system stability and uptim
  • eAnalyze and troubleshoot failed mainframe jobs (JCL
  • )Perform root cause analysis and support ad hoc job execution
  • sMaintain and update incident tracking (ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence
  • )Monitor and respond to application group mailboxe
  • sDocument incidents, resolutions, and create JIRA stories for follow-u

Requirements

  • :Strong experience in Mainframe Production Support (application support required

)Technologies/tools

  • :JCL, COBOL, CICS, DB2, CA7, IDCAMS, Mainvie
  • wFile tools: File Manager, File Analyzer, EZTRIE
  • VExperience with ticketing and documentation tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence or similar
  • )Ability to work in a high-volume, production-critical environmen
