Job description

Own and optimize enterprise business systems with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role ensures system stability, supports integrations, and delivers scalable solutions aligned to business needs., * Manage and enhance ERP and core systems (D365 Business Central)

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support users
  • Lead system changes, testing, and release activities
  • Support integrations (EDI, APIs, middleware) and data accuracy
  • Partner with Business Analysts to implement solutions
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to SQL development, reporting, and system enhancements

Requirements

  • Experience with ERP systems (D365 Business Central preferred)
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and systems support experience
  • SQL and integration experience
  • Exposure to Power Platform or reporting tools (nice to have), * Problem-solving and technical ownership
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Project execution and prioritization
  • Strong communication skills
