Test Planning Change Management User Provisioning Business Valuation Customer Engagement Business Operations Full Stack Development Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Standard Operating Procedure Scrum (Software Development) Systems Development Life Cycle Software Development Life Cycle, We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of an enterprise platform across multiple business units. This role is responsible for managing Software Lifecycle (SLC) change processes, testing, and documentation to ensure the platform operates in a safe, compliant, and reliable manner. You will partner closely with the enterprise product owner and cross-functional business teams to support scalable customer engagement initiatives., * Own SLC change intake and delivery across Data, Standard, and Maintenance requests, including approvals, testing, release, and documentation

• Manage user provisioning and support quarterly access recertification processes
• Support and manage the purchase order (PO) process
• Develop and execute test plans for new features, channels, and platform functionality
• Maintain and update SLC documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure compliance with and enforcement of enterprise platform standards

• Experience supporting platform operations, business operations, or similar environments
• Strong understanding of SLC/SDLC processes, change management, and testing
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
