Requirements

  • 5+ years of SRE, DevOps, or Production Support experience
  • Strong experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, Power BI, and Snowflake
  • Hands-on SQL experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server
  • PowerShell scripting and automation
  • ServiceNow integration
  • Monitoring, observability, incident management, and production support

  • Experience with MFT tools and enterprise schedulers (Control-M, Stonebranch, Redwood) is a plus

  • Certifications:

  • Dynatrace
  • Splunk
  • Snowflake
  • Microsoft (Power BI / SQL Server)
  • Oracle
  • ITIL
