Job description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting large-scale, customer-facing websites, digital experience platforms, and enterprise content management systems. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business, marketing, UX, analytics, and technology teams, ensuring business objectives are translated into actionable requirements and successfully delivered through Agile practices., Business Analyst Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Digital Product Owner and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for customer-facing web initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
  • Manage and maintain the Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer experience objectives.
  • Lead business-side User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution oversight, defect tracking, and stakeholder signoff.
  • Prepare milestone updates and sprint summaries for business and technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with business users for testing, feedback loops, and change management to ensure smooth rollout of features.

Scrum Master Responsibilities

  • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Act as a servant leader to the team-identifying and removing blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Monitor sprint health, team velocity, and workflow; proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Champion Agile best practices and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
  • Support the Digital Product Owner in sprint goal definition and stakeholder alignment.
  • Champion Agile best practices and promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous delivery.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Professional Scrum Master I certification?, Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience is required, including a strong understanding of content authoring workflows, component-based architecture, page management, content governance, and digital experience delivery. Experience supporting enterprise websites with high traffic volumes, personalization, SEO, analytics, and digital marketing integrations is strongly preferred., * 5-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Product-focused Business Analyst supporting customer-facing websites and digital experience platforms.

  • Strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience, including content authoring, page management, templates, components, workflows, and publishing processes.
  • Familiarity with UX best practices, SEO fundamentals, QA/testing processes, and digital analytics.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience supporting Agile delivery teams.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools for backlog and sprint management.
  • Demonstrated ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support UAT activities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)., * Business analysis: 5 years (Required)
  • Supporting customer-facing websites: 2 years (Required)
  • UX best practices: 1 year (Required)
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) : 2 years (Required)
