Field Service Supervisor

Oversee Service Technicians on HVAC service calls, projects and maintenance Provide regular jobsite support Delegate assignments and ensure work is accomplished in a timely manner Prioritize maintenance schedules and staffing needs Monitor and enforce safety procedures and guidelines Monitor and evaluate team performance and personal conduct Provide coaching, mentorship, training, and hands-on field support for technicians Provide technical insight on work orders Review all callbacks and warranty work orders and address with team accordingly Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as industry requirements Remain current with industry trends Maintain a close working relationship with department management Regularly communicate and report progress, needs, concerns etc. to department management

5 years’ experience in the commercial HVAC service industry Experience as a commercial HVAC service technician including some supervisory or leadership experience EPA Universal Certification Ability to multi-task and prioritize work Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills Highly organized and diligent Exceptional interpersonal skills Exceptional verbal communication skills Advanced problem-solving skills Adaptability in a face-paced environment Excellent active listening skills Understanding of utilization of smartphones, mobile tablets and applications, computers
