Job description

o API-led architecture o Event-driven architecture o Microservices-based integration

  • Hands-on expertise in:

o REST / OData / SOAP APIs o IDOC / ALE / EDI integrations o Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) Ecosystem Integration Experience

  • Proven experience integrating S/4HANA with:

o EWM, IBP, TM o PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill) o MRO / Asset systems (Maximo, etc.) o Technical publications systems (IPC / S1000D) o External suppliers and partner ecosystems Data & Governance

  • Strong understanding of:

o Master data governance (Material, BOM, Equipment, Customer) o Data synchronization strategies o Integration security, performance, and monitoring

  • Experience in designing scalable and resilient enterprise architecture frameworks

Leadership & Transformation

  • Proven leadership in large-scale ($50M+) SAP S/4HANA transformation programs

  • Experience leading multi-stream global delivery teams

  • Strong stakeholder engagement at CxO and enterprise architecture levels

Roles & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

  • Define the enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA solution and integration strategy for A&D Aftermarket transformation

  • Establish target architecture blueprint covering business processes, systems, and integration layers

  • Drive alignment of IT architecture with business strategy and transformation objectives

Solution Architecture

  • Lead end -to-end solution design across all S/4HANA functional domains

  • Define:

o Business capability models o Process flows across aftermarket, supply chain, and service operations o System landscape and deployment architecture

  • Ensure alignment between:

o Business requirements o SAP capabilities o Industry best practices Integration Architecture

  • Architect and govern integration across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems

  • Define integration standards for:

o APIs o Events o Batch data processing o Real-time transactions

  • Establish reusable integration frameworks and canonical data models

Program Delivery & Governance

  • Lead architecture governance across:

o Solution design reviews o Integration design approvals o Technology standards adherence

  • Drive:

o Fit-gap workshops o Architecture boards o Risk mitigation and issue resolution

  • Ensure >95% milestone adherence and delivery predictability

Business Engagement

  • Act as trusted advisor to CIO, CTO, and business leadership

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across:

o Engineering o Supply chain o Aftermarket o Digital transformation teams

  • Translate strategic business goals into scalable SAP-enabled solutions

Value Realization

  • Drive enterprise outcomes including:

o Improved end-to-end process integration o Reduced process cycle times o Enhanced data consistency across systems o Improved service levels and customer fulfillment

  • Define KPI frameworks:

o Integration success rate o System latency o Process cycle time improvement o Data consistency metrics Transformation & Innovation

  • Lead transformation from legacy landscapes to modern cloud-enabled SAP architectures

  • Promote adoption of:

o API-led integration o Event-driven architecture o Intelligent enterprise frameworks

  • Enable digital thread across engineering, supply chain, and aftermarket operations

Requirements

Do you have experience in Transportation management systems?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Solution Architecture and Integration Architecture with proven ability to design enterprise-wide transformation programs

  • Extensive experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Aftermarket domain, including:

o Spare parts management o MRO / CRO operations o Service logistics and aftermarket fulfillment

  • Strong experience as both:

o Solution Architect (end-to-end process and business architecture) o Integration Architect (system architecture and interface design) Solution Architecture Skills

  • End-to-end design across S/4HANA functional domains:

o OTC (Order-to-Cash) o PTP (Procure-to-Pay) o MRO / Service Management o Inventory, EWM, and Spare Parts Management

  • Experience designing target operating models for A&D aftermarket ecosystems

  • Ability to align business processes, data models, and system architecture

  • Strong understanding of:

o Digital thread (Engineering Supply Chain Aftermarket) o Serialized inventory and traceability o Global distribution and service networks Integration Architecture Skills

  • Expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh)

  • Experience with SAP PI/PO and modernization to cloud-based integration

  • Strong knowledge of, * Strong executive leadership and enterprise architecture mindset

  • Proven ability to lead complex global transformation programs

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Strong governance, decision-making, and conflict resolution capabilities

  • Ability to align multiple stakeholders under a unified transformation vision

  • Experience building and mentoring high-performing architecture and consulting teams

  • Strong commercial acumen and delivery accountability, Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
