The IT - Engineering Support V role involves providing advanced technical support and engineering expertise to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. The position requires a highly skilled professional capable of troubleshooting complex issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals., * Provide advanced technical support for IT systems and infrastructure.

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement IT solutions.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization.
• Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

• Provide sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers or banking information. Successfully placed or hired candidates would only be asked for banking details after accepting an offer from us during our official onboarding processes as part of payroll setup.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT engineering support or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in system administration, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
