Job description

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen our Infrastructure Services team. This role is critical for delivering high-quality Dell solutions to our clients and supporting our growing business pipeline., * Deploy and configure Dell solutions, including PowerStore and VxRail.

  • Provide technical expertise for Dell-related projects and integrations with other technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Veeam, Commvault).
  • Support presales activities: technical input for proposals, RFP responses, and client meetings.
  • Deliver Level 3 support for incidents, service requests, and internal projects.
  • Actively promote Dell technologies within Inetum Belgium and contribute to solution development.
  • Maintain certifications and attend Dell training programs to ensure compliance with partner requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, preferably with Dell technologies.
  • Dell Deploy (SE or architect) certification (mandatory) Servers or Storage and expertise in PowerStore; knowledge of Nutanix or VxRail is a strong plus. If you do not yet hold these certifications, we are open to providing a growth and learning path to help you achieve them.
  • Solid understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V or KVM based).
  • Knowledge of primary and secondary(backup) storage solutions (e.g., HPE, NetApp, Veeam, Commvault or Rubrik).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
