Job description

Our automotive client is investing in the modernisation of its European IT infrastructure and is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support ongoing operations and infrastructure migration projects. Role Overview: You will join the IT Operations team, ensuring the availability, security and performance of the infrastructure while supporting business projects and large-scale migration activities., Maintain and support the IT infrastructure. Ensure system availability, security and performance. Deliver technical infrastructure for business projects. Support infrastructure migration initiatives. Provide 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support.

Requirements

5+ years’ experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or Systems Engineer. Strong experience with VMware/Nutanix, Windows/Linux, Active Directory and Cisco technologies. Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.) and backup solutions (Veeam/HYCU). Experience working in multi-site or datacentre environments. Fluent in French and English (Dutch is an advantage).
