Content Designer (Upcoming Projects)

• You have delivered content for UK public sector or central government digital services. We can’t progress your application for this role without it.
• Experience designing content across discovery, alpha, beta and live phases
• Fluency with the GOV.UK content style guide and the GOV.UK Design System, and content patterns for transactional services
• The ability to translate dense policy or legal language into plain English without losing accuracy
• Experience preparing content for, or working through, a GDS-style service assessment
• Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary agile teams alongside researchers, interaction designers and delivery managers
• Confidence in content critique and the ability to explain your decisions clearly

Desirable:

• Eligibility for UK security clearance (BPSS as a minimum, SC an advantage), and willingness to undergo it
