Data Center - Miner Maintenance Technician

Summary: The site maintenance technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties of installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. The idea candidate should have a basic knowledge of HSE rules, some exposure to NEC codes, UL electrical standards, use diagnostic tools, and be extremely trainable., * Install and maintain mining machines and other facility equipment.

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Supervise mining machines, network equipment, and related mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Daily operation and management of heat dissipation equipment.
• Assist in the configuration and deployment of replacement machines.
• Respond to unit power failures, assist with network issues, local temperature overheating, etc.) and ensure the stable operation of the facility.
• Daily maintenance and operations of mining and other equipment.
• Asset tagging and updating asset tracking software logs for all equipment.
• Providing daily reports for operations and maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Analyzing the requirements, issues, and daily workflow for the operation of the mining facility, while promoting and enhancing the efficiency of the operation and maintenance of the facility.
• Providing hands-on help to other crew members and teams, * Perform daily inspections/audits.
• Assist with replacement of deficient machines.
• Communicate safety concerns.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Unloading?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable means of transportation to work

• Candidates cannot have any sex offender convictions, or any felonies and/or theft convictions within the last 7 years.
• Available to work full time in 10-12-hour shifts in high heat index and cold weather climates including nights and weekends
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Knowledge of basic tool use including multi-meter, screwdriver, test-light, box cutter, wire cutters., * High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in cryptocurrency mining
• Assist with troubleshooting of miners by visually inspecting to look for issues (ethernet cables, power cables, etc.)
• Good understanding of software; including Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps, Inventory management, and machine monitoring software.
• Experience in troubleshooting various types of equipment
• Forklift Operation Experience.
